:) Hi,
Check out http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/headlights.htm . you can see the top securing bolt in the thumbnail ,of the other two 1 is underneath the lamp and the other is under the knee panel
I,ts fairly easy & quick to undo the bumper 15 mins max.
Did you know you can get the glass on it's own if the lamp body is intact/

:) It it is certainly best to. There are 4 heavy plastic clips holding the glass to the body & a thick black sealant. From experience its all to easy to break the clips with the lamp in situ. There are only 4 bolts holding the bumper on, two on the front cross member with 2 big washers, & two looking back from the edges of the radiator again with 2 big washers + two Phillips screws in each wheel arch . Also two screws at the bottom of the wheel arch securing the undertray to the bumper. It should then slide fwd after you've gently pulled the sides from thier securing clips. Be careful to release the indicator / foglamp plugs as soon as you see them. A 13 mm socket will do for the bolts.

:) Hi I was refering to the bumper bolts 13mm socket size 8mm thread. Of course the lamp securing bolts are 10 mm socket size 6 mm thread. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Sorry to be contradictive (?) but the headlamps can be removed without removing the bumper.
You will need to remove indicator (and fog light if fitted) to get at the lower fastenings, and the two 'fairings' inboard of each headlamp.

:)"Touche",
I must admit to the above way. However being an advocate of " Having enough room to see the rabbit " I find removing the bumper much easier myself.
Purely a case of "What suit you sir".
