Hi
does anybody know what this means ? as i charged the battery still connected to the car and ever since the display on the radio reads TEN+
the radio and CD still works but the display always reads TEN +
i have no idea how to get it back to the normal display
it is the 2007 CD / radio unit

I could be wrong but I think that if you try and enter the radio code more than 10 times and get it wrong each time, this comes up and it has to be recoded by Fords

I think also you may get away with leaving the radio powered on for a few hours in order for the radio to reset itself to a point where it asks for the radio code. If you need the code, PM the serial number to me and I will give you the code

its very strange as the radio is working and the cd is playing, you can still tune into stations and listen to them but you are doing it blind as there is display except for the TEN+ being displayed
wouldnt it ask for code before allowing me to do all these things ?

Have you tried removing the radio and disconnecting all the cables including the power and then re-installing it, this might clear the display, and then ash you to input the code again, this might csort the problem out.

As a Xmas Pressy if you have the seriel no of your Radio Ill give you the Code I normally charge £5.50 for this service but to you and all the Scorpio users its Free.
