help  :o recently replaced rack on my 2.9 cos due to advice on mot,the one removed was fitted 13 months prior (recon)however the car sometimes decides to follow repair work on the road surface  :o scary i know,can anyone say if this is the bushes on the radius arms ??? the ball joints feel ok but i can see a bit of movement in the radius rear bush where it mounts the chassis..could this be the root of my probs,can i replace these bushes easily enough???? motor factors says nothing listed??? h.e.l.p,,,,gaz

The Rubber Bushes are replaceable but they do sometimes seize in the metal casing... the rear one is the one held in by the splitable cap which should in theory be easier... follow the instructions on the site for re tightening... the weight of the car must be on the radius arm before it is torqued up.....http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/wishbone.htm
