Hi ya,
My automatic blower adjusting control on the dash seems to be very tempremental, one minute it's working then it goes off, also the passenger climate control LED has gone out, could this all be connected or are these two separate issues. Thanks, Ron

2 seperate issues I'd say Ron.

Do an interrogation of the fault codes first. http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/ccreset.htm
the failing lcd passengers side is likely to be the ribbon connector on the rear of the cc control panel has come loose. That is if you mean no lcd display rather than just no illuminating bulb. the ribbon needs to be firmly seated and clips at both ends to be firmly secured. Dont prize out the cc panel itself, simply undo the fascia screws and pull the fascia out enough to get to the back of the cc panel to replace bulbs and check the ribbon connection. just changed the instrument bulbs had the same problem with the control anyway.while it was out squirted switch with switch cleaner blow dry with comp air allow to dry also, working soooo much better
