Has anyone used these guys..I'm trying to get a set of lower arms and some pads for my 2.3 ultima. Whenever I call it always seems to be on voice mail.

I think they are the nuts. They have supplied me with everything for my Scorpio so far even things tha my main dealer says were deleted years ago..

Just to back up what Snoopy, Phil & Craig have said... FordPartsUK.com (http://www.fordpartsuk.com/) are the ones to use.
I have used them a good few times now and have yet to be disappointed.
Prices and service are excellent.

Yep, Trevor at fordpartsuk.co.uk goes beyond the call of duty (I had an order processed by him on new years eve at 1.30am) :o

Thanks all for your replies, i have spoken to them re the parts i need (lower arms) but he only has used ones £20 ea. I called ford and they want £98 plus vat ea. Not cheap at all. I have opted to get the bushes from ford and then to get them pressed by a local machine shop. Works out to about £70 quid the bushes being £50 and the remainder a drink for the lads at the machine shop. I have to do abit of running around but it's a huge saving.

Might be a good sideline for me, doing them on an exchange basis lol!
