i have code 04 on my cc module any one have any idea of what this code is for?

Monkfish, see my PM. Have checked the main site under Climate Control Re-set and there is no Code 4 listed. Bet someone out there knows different!!.

Monkfish,
AFAWK code 04 was not assigned on our climate control. If you have this codes do a proper Climate Control Module reset - http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/ccreset.htm and see if that clears. Otherwise, if the climate control is working okay, ignore it.

a/c does not work at the moment.any idea what code 04 should be for?

Hi monkfish ... that is what Eric is saying .. there IS no code 04 .. so no one knows ... but they do have a glitch at times which gives weird codes .. so firstly carry out a cc reset and let us know what that does ... or have you already ? ...... regards ...STN

sorry mate did not get what he was saying. ok i have done a reset now and the code is not there but the strange thing is that about a year ago i had the same code on the unit and i did a reset then and it went away, i'll just put it down as a quirk of the car :)
