Whenever I try to move the gear selector I get a sharp pain in my hand... can anyone help??

Well I'm supposed to be replacing guttering & fascia boards today. But I really don't think its a good idea...

Im in work........ just having a nosey around the site. The Focus is alright, but no climate :( Hopefully the primera will be here on the 14th, :D :D :D
