Hi all,
My cosworth has been playing up for a a few days. It's very lumpy when first started and the idle is uneven. I had a look under the bonnet with the engine running and there's a loud hissing noise. It sounds to me like it's coming from the rear of the engine.
Can any of you give me any pointers as to how to find the leak? are there any common culprits?

You're help would be greatly appriciated

hi there

could be the egr valve or one of the vac pipes. there's a few plastic 't' pieces back there (under the cover).
