Removed main fuse box cover, on drivers side, to wipe silicone grease around base of cover for insulation and on refitting the cover the windscreen wipers refused to work. 25 amp fuse is OK & I have a new Intermittent Relay which I tried. No go.

Any thoughts to stop me going mad >:(

check fuse #36 (power saver). is the interior light still working?

Yes the interior lights are still working, And i have checked fuse #36 which is ok, Any further help on this would be very welcome thank you.

I have found the problem. I had slackened the mutiplug and when reclamping it the rear round lugs on the bottom rear of the multiplug (near wing) had not been re-set into their half round pivot points. All now works fine.
