Hi guys, the "leather" gaiter around my manual gearstick is starting to look shabby. Soooooo I took a visit to my local 4rds dealers and the spotty yoof behind the counter said that the replacement was over £50 }{
Hmmm. having no other option, took a deep breath and said "oh go on then and spoil me".
The yoof wanders out to the computer at the back somewhere...much waiting....when he returns he informs me that 4rds no longer keep this item in stock.
But the car is only five years old said I.....now I dont have vulcan mind tranceferance...yet, but I swear I could see it in his eyes. "so wot yo gonna du abaht it den" >:(
So my fellow scorpions, apart from inserting a torque wrench in to the yoofs fundement,which all things cosidered would not solve the problem but would make me feel soooo much better.
does anyone out there have a gaiter to flog or know of a supplier of the arformentioned goods.

hi.try ebay and search for the said item,there is a fella on there doing these for many vehicles....worth a try...gaz
