Post by Octavian_P on Jul 16th, 2005, 12:02pm
Hi !

Just a short question.

Can the clutch can be adjusted in such of way to decouple earlyer, because sometimes is hard to change gears if i do not push it till my pedal comes out in the engine bay  ???

Thanks for the fast repply scorpio_man, it seems somehow i was misslooked the clutch master cylinder, but it doesn't seem to tell a refernce point where the pedal should stay (normally). I don't refer to "NOTE: The measurement reference point is
the third groove (from the bottom) in the pedal
rubber.".

Does anyone did this, should i look for something specific ?

Well, how to say....I did it !  ;D.

Just have returned from the car....

It was simply and straight, the clutch pedal has a screw from wich there can be adjusted the travel distance of the pedal. In my case the distance was a bit short resulting in hard gear change. Now it's a lot smoother.

Thanks again for the great support

Cheers
