hi all i've a 97 24v i've noticed oil leaking from the gearbox bell housing end i've looked underneath i cant see any leaks from any pipes it looked like it is leaking from inside the bell housing took the starter motor off and no oil in there at all is this leak common and can any one help please it's costing me a fortune in auto fluid cheers chris

Are you sure the pipes are O.K as that is the common problem?
Try cleaning up the gearbox & checking daily to see if you can pin point the leak.
