Does anyone have any advice for me on filling or disguising the holes on my dashboard?
It was originally a company car and - probably - was fitted with one of those mid-nineties mobile phones that slotted into a "holster" in the dash - it's the holes that this holster fitted to that look awful and I want to do something about.
They are drilled into the soft vinyl of the fascia just left of the "wood" part of the dash.
I'm pretty sure that mine is not the only Scorpio with this disfigurement, so what did YOU do?

Try looking on ebay for a leather repair kit. You can buy kits that contain several pots of coloured filler/reapir agent and the necessary accessories.

You can mix the colours to match near exact. Instructions are pretty simple, just needs a little patience.

also those so called "smart repairers" can do this for you,friend i know had cigarette burns and mobile phone holder holes in the dash repaired by these people (one called the plastic surgeon funnilly enough)..based in exeter,cost about £40.00 if i remember...

Thanks both for your observations and suggestions, I didn't know that there were vinyl/leather repair kits on the market, so I will look into it.

Just buy a Sat. Nav. Unit ( or a pretend one, just to impress folk ) and fit it over the holes. :-*
