I need a little help i need to know wot oil grade i need to put in my 2.0 16 its got 129000 miles iv been told that 20/50 will do ? enyone help me plz thanx :)

NO it wouldn't it must be at least 10/30 or 10/40, in my 2.3 i have fully synteic 5/40.
