I am having problems with resetting the windows one touch operation. I also have no global closing.

Can someone explain it in simple steps for me ?

I recently bought the car and my Dad is sure that one touch worked before as well as global closing.

Its a 1995 Ultima Estate.

One Touch works on all windows when lowering them, but not on lifting.

try this....
for the 1 touch,open the window and keep the button pressed in for about 15 seconds,do the same with closing it........

global closing works by locking the car with the key,and holding the locked position for about 5 seconds....

Sorry for stealing your thread, but is on-touch close standard on all vehicles?

Mine does the one-touch open, but not the close, and never has. (Atleast since I bought it.)
It has electric front windows, but not rear.

I don't think it has global closing (, that function has never been working atleast).

the 1 touch UP function is ONLY available on the drivers door unless you do a door mod and put anopther unit in the passenger door.

you can check for global closing by leaving a window or the sunroof open,locking the car by using the double locking method (when locking the car hold the key in the locked position for a few seconds)..

Yeah, I checked on the drivers door. It does the one-tuch open as I said, but the one-touch close doesn't. Does all Scorps have this?

It does neither on the passenger side window (when operated from the drivers side panel)

Have you tried doing a reset?

that may well cure the problem.

So fitting a driver's door module in the passenger side won't conflict in the operation of the Drivers door system?
Have you or someone else actually managed to try this?

So this should then give the front pasenger one touch down and up on their own window, but does it give the driver one touch up on the front passenger window?
