While loading a full length freezer into the back of my Scorp Estate, I have managed to dislodge the seat cover at the top of the backrest.

Anyone know how this re-attaches ? (tried double sided tape, failed)

There are some metal pointed lugs, but this looks like it holds the carpet section on the rear of the rear seat to the top of the seat.

It looks as if you need to force the top of the seatback down on the the backrest and then push the top towards the rear of the car. If you feel up under the 'loose section' is there a strong wire running across the width of the seat?. If so this is probably the part of the internal frame which you need to re-locate in the 'clip'.
