Title: oil loss Post by gawsworthboy on Dec 7th, 2005, 11:19am Hi people, just started up the scorp after a very cold (-6) night and a huge pool of oil appeared beneath the car....I can see it leaking from a kind of mini radiator in front of the main radiator....is this an oil cooler...I have a 2.0 16valve saloon. How do I replace this part? Cheers |

Title: Re: oil loss Post by Snoopy on Dec 7th, 2005, 3:53pm Could also be the power steering cooler thats under there as well . Both fairly straight forward to replace. The Power steering cooler is just a large "U" not an actual radiator. |

Title: Re: oil loss Post by mr._floppy on Dec 7th, 2005, 10:44pm Whichever one it is they're fairly easy to replace, just undo the small bolts and hose clips , although access is limited it's possible to work from above, using the gap between crossmember and radiator or from underneath using the bumper/air dam vents. |
