Title: Bad O2 Sensor
Post by DJWerkz on Dec 23rd, 2005, 10:05am
Performed the final diagnostics on the car yesterday and got one error code of P0158, bank 2 sensor 2 high voltage.

Got my brother-in-law to to test that sensor as he has a piece of kit that tests O2 sensors and sure enough it tests bad.

He usually advises people to buy only branded manufacturers sensors as in his experience third-party sensors are not as good.  Just wondered where members on here buy their sensors from?

ford dont make the sensors, good branded universal will do nice, in fact as with most things automotive, one manufacturer produces parts for many brands, just different boxes.

Ford Parts UK want nearly £90!!!!

Just been to my local motor factors and they quote nearly £70.

Where are you getting £40 units from Martin?
