Title: Coolant leak. Scorpio Santa?
Post by 750-T on Dec 29th, 2005, 12:22pm
Happy Christmas everyone.
I think the great Scorpio Santa has brought me a coolant leak for Xmas!
Seems to be a steady slow drip of coolant from just above the drain plug. Looks like it is coming from the seam where the two pieces are joined. Only appears wet from the bottom to about 2" up, but I can't really see above it.
Anyone had a similiar problem and/or have any ideas as to how to fix it and what it might cost?
I don't suppose anyone is going to suggest using "Radweld" !?!

I think radweld can cause problems with the heater matrix,
new radiator? or a second hand one?
they are fairly cheap for the 2.0
