Title: 2.5 TDI Oil Cooler Question
Post by scorpioking on Feb 1st, 2006, 9:49pm
I know this may sound like a rather silly Question/request  ::), but can somebody tell me where the oil cooler should be mounted on the 2.5 TDI, as mine is just hanging underneath the car on 2 cable ties  :o! and I would like to fit it properly.

Can someone supply me with photos of how it should be mounted, and where, including the mount. Then at least I'll know where it's supposed to be, how it's mounted, and what it's orientation is supposed to be.

My Scorp is a 1995 N Reg.

Believe it or not, my local ford garage can't give me this info  :o.

Thanks in advance.

Pete

If i remember right from when i took mine apart there should be a bolt each side and lie flat with it facing the ground underneith the radiator and should also have the power steering cooler pipes mounted in the same place.
