Sorry for any bad spelling, Ive been on the juice.

My washer bottle warning level isnt working.

The light on the dash panel lights up when you start turn the ignition on/start - (dash panel lamp test ?)
But when the level drops it does not bring the light on.

Can you replace the sender and if so - how ?

Ive seen the wires shorted on a couple of cars just to put the light out due to a dodgy sender unit?? maybe that

the light comes on when you turn on ignition then goes off when you start.

it doesnt come on however when the bottle is low.

i think the light on when starting might just be abulb test and not an indication of the sender unit status.

Have you had a look at the sender unit?

no, I found the pump on the bottle, but cant see where the sender is - anyone ?
