would back to black be ok to use on the plastic cosworth cover as mine hve gone dull, the silver is still good .

I soaked mine in warm soapy water then sprayed it with Mr Sheen :)

used "armor all" on mine & contact cleaner sparingly on silver lettering
came up like new
