Title: 2.3 Ultima - engine size 2306 Post by jonnycab on Mar 22nd, 2006, 3:26am This is kind of a problem I suppose. I have a 2.3 1998 facelift. The engine size is usually 2295, but on my reg document it says 'engine size....2306'. A whole 0.011 of a litre bigger. Don't suppose anyone can shead any light on this? |

And by having a non-euro class the tax it's bigger for it :P. Comparing with a friend of mine he has a Scorpio II, Euro 2 Class and surprise it wheight's 1.4 tones !!!!. Both cars are 2.3, ghia, manual made in late 96. |

Title: Re: 2.3 Ultima - engine size 2306 Post by jonnycab on Mar 27th, 2006, 1:36am I've found out a little more about the car.......I bought it off of West Ham football club two months ago and it was one of four bought by the club from Dagenham motors in April 1998. I know that West Ham used to have a deal with Dagenham Motors. Is it possible that the four that they ordered could have been one offs (just for them) with a slightly increased engine size? |
