Hi All,

Last week my speedo started to read "low" and gaer changes were somewhat different !

Advice is that the v.s.s. has probably failed or connections / wiring are at fault .

I've looked at the v.s.s. fault section but need to get under the scorp to find it. Can it be accessed and replaced using ramps / axle stands and what side of the gear box is it ?

vss is on the nearside of the gearbox at the rear of the box . jack up the near side of car front and rear its a bit tight but you can get at it
