Title: Re: warning lights Post by sector-9 on Aug 14th, 2006, 10:37pm ABS and TC lights on usually point to a sensor (or both) on the rear wheels. Before thinking about replacing them though, check the rear tyre pressures are equal as this can upset the computer if they're not. Darren |

Title: Re: warning lights Post by seanrach on Aug 15th, 2006, 8:43pm ;)Hi Is definately the rear wheel sensors. Had the same prob myself. Paid for computer diagnostic, but found no fault :-/ Took off rear wheels, removed sensors. Cleaned with a bit of WD40, hey presto. Changed the rear pads too, but only cos they were nearly gone. :'( ::)PS dont forget to spin the hub and spray some WD into the hole where the sensors fit, to sort of clean the teeth. Couldnt have done it without the help of those on this site, so best of luck. :D |
