hi i have two ultimas with the same fault/sometimes but not always when i turn on the ignition both intruments flick back then return once cars start everythings ok also the tripmeter resets its self to zero miles which can be annoying when your trying to calculate the miles you have travelled.

Both batteries need replaced :-/
trip meter reset anf needles flicking over are classic signs
