Title: Electric Windscreen
Post by Alastair on Dec 18th, 2006, 10:40am
I have become the proud owner of a 95 2.3 Auti Ghia

Everything fine, up to now (except the remote -which on reading the forum is an accepted disaster - my batteries last about 2 weeks)

Problem these cold mornings is the electric windscreen - passenger side clears instantly- drivers side takes forever. Does anyone know which side the electric feed is or ahould it be both.

Screen is fed in two halves. Fuse 38 covers the right hand side and fuse 41 the left.  The connections for the screen are at the very bottom on both sides but you may need to remove the trim around the wiper blades at the base of the screen to see them. The fuse are in the auxillary fuse box which is the battery side one. Make sure you get the cover back on correctly and that you have the battery cover fitted.  Welcome to the site and hope you enjoy the car. ;)

Cheers Simmo. I'll check fuses
