Title: Long time no see Flat Battery Post by Kenboy on Jan 4th, 2007, 10:16am Hi Guys let explain during the last year or so I have been dogged with health issues and have spent some time in and out of hospital so you will have to forgive me for not contributing as a responsible member should do but there you are priorities take a different stance when illness crops up and I have to say my beloved Scorpio has been bottom of the list I do log on most days just to keep in touch. anyway to get to the point because the car has not been used much and if so for short journeys only I have run the battery flat. the battery has been removed, fully charged and is now back in situ my problem is that now the car will not start albeit has plenty of oomph. the car is a 2.3 1997 with 95000 and was running beautiful before flat battery, the battery has been tested and is ok, can you help me out with this one. Many Thanks Kenboy |
