HI TO YOU ALL

To start me off on the forum i need to ask for HELP :)
PLEASE.

When i open drivers door with key all windows/ sunroof open

may this be fuse box related i have a cover

vehicle is 1998 2.3 ultima

this could be a fault  [or not]with the global closing. have a look in the owners manual on this site.

tried looking this up myself but cant find it. hopefully someone will point you in the right direction.

If you unlock the car with the key and hold it in the unlock position it will do as you say. Similarly iff you lock the car and hold the key in the forward position it will shut all the windows etc. Read all about it in the Handbook. Here (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/handbook.htm). Go to pages 30-34. Each page enlarges if you click on the bottom right hand corner. Global opening and closing is the term. ;)

Yes it is designed to give rapid air through the vehicle on a hot day, nowt to worry about
