Now i know its stupid and im probably missing something really silly, but i am unable to stop the fans spinning for the blower on my Ultima, even in the off position they are still on, and adjusting the speed does not make a blind bit of difference.. it does not make it faster or slower? the heat works perfectly, and blows hot / cold but its just anoying because i cant shut the fans down and they are giving me a headache..

Ive tried a reset? but just cant seem to get it to work properly? please guys, help me out here!!

Its a 1995 Ultima with climate control, oh and the aircon works like a dream

Could be the HBC is duff. Have a read of THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/hbctest.htm) and see if that helps.
