Hi.

For a while my range on the remote was poor, then it worked intermitently and now it does not work at all.

I have changed the batteries.

Would anyone know if there is something i am missing or is the remote dead.

If so would anyone know where to get a replacement.

try cleaning first, then maybe you will need to repair it.

Hi Sherry

If the cleaning doesn't show much improvement , change the 2x 2016 batteries for 1x 2032. I know the logic doesn't stack up but it has worked for several members and it changed mine to what i was used to with other cars and is still working.
