Title: Re: Draining Radiator (1997 Cossie) Post by gerryw on Jan 14th, 2008, 5:09pm Hi all, (Previous Posting:- My cossie is running cold and the heater is blowing out cold air) 1st attempt to cure problem:- I want to drain the rad and then refill using 'BARS Cooling System Cleaner' (Which says it will remove Limescale, Rust and Sludge)? I hope that this will cure the problem and if not I will move to the next stage! However, I would like to know the easiest way to drain the cooling system as looking into the engine compartment I am thinking that there is no easy way to do it. Hopefully someone will let me know that it is not as hard as I think! Regards Gerryw |
