Going on from my earlier post it now seems that i will have to change my diff. looking at the "how to do it" pages I notice that thre are two different mounting methods, the question is are the diffs slightly different to accomodate this or the same. I have a P reg so would earlier diff fit?

just swap the rear cover to convert between the 2.

Thanks for that would hate have paid and lugged a diff all the way here only to find it did not fit :'( Thats diff covers you mean?

Yep, the back plates on the diffs are different but the actual diffs are identical
