had a full service so took the car for a run,on the way there smashing,on the way back welllllll.car lost power cluncking noise from the right hand side of car,i managed to get it into a laybye and called the rac who said my coil pack had broken down on the 1st and 3rd plug.paid £61 for a new coil pack and its made no diffrence,car will start but there is hardly any revs, any clues or is it time for the vet to reach for the pistol?

hi there

sounds more like the cat. has the two rubber hoses blown off the egr pipework? look just at the exhaust manifold shield.
