Hi all, i have had my scorpio for two weeks now and just starting to correct all the little faults,when i had it the remote worked although you had to be really close to the vehicle for it to work, so i decided to replace the batteries. Swapped the batteries and went through the reset prceedure.
ignition on 4 times until audio heard,
presses unlock button but no audio comfirmation heard, so my keyfob wont reset, any ideas why it wont reset, many thanks,jaffa. ???

Contacts most likely dirty inside . But I have known it to take a couple of goes to get it to register.
