Could anyone point me in the direction of some Scorpio wiring diagrams. I thought I seen a link a couple of months ago on here to all of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Danny.

Hello and welcome to the site :)

Pretty confident your headlights issue will be the actual rear of the light switch on the dash, they melt ;)

Posibly the large multiplug on the drivers side fusebox below the windscreen in the engine bay may not be located properly although usually this stops the indicators working too.

Heat issue may well be a blocked heater matrix. you can flush the two hose connections through with a hose, they can be seen going through the bulkhead into the heater, see if they feel hot to the touch.

OR you may have one with a leaking heater matrix that has had the inlet and outlet hoses joined therefore bypassing it (cheap fix but cold) ;)

Front Headlights and windscreen wipers non op
Checked the plug seating and fuses OK.
Is there a circuit diagram of the power from the system
that will show the common point that supplies these items?

still sounds like the main fuse box plug to me.

Hi all,

had the same symptoms. Wanna bet this is the solution? ;-))

All due to the main connector with the big cable and metal clamp on the fusebox not sitting properly. HAve a good look and feel - you have to wriggle the beast to make BOTH hinges go in properly - then fasten the clamp!

Yes it was the multi plug on the main fuse box. The cable end was not seated into the recepticle. With patient manipulation it went in and worked.
