Do you mean the ash tray one .. at the front of car?

if so there is a little bulb at the side of the ash tray holder...on the left hand side , a tiny square hole just pull out bulb and replace it,

Dave.
First of all obtain the services of a gyaecologist ! Open the ashtray,get a small mirror and look underneath,you will see the bottom of the bulb holder which pulls straight downwards,a bit of bent wire may assist you.

The bulb holder dropped out of position on mine and caused an earth fault which stopped me turning off the sidelights!!!! took ages to find the problem and kept flattening the battery.
