Hi people think i have already asked t his but my traction control light is on all the time, when i turn the keys once all lights light up and i can turn the traction light off and on ok, but even when i turn it off, i start up the engine and 10 seconds later its on again

Does it come on without you moving the car?
Something new for us to ponder, it usually comes on with the ABS light

When you turn the ignition on does the ABS light come on ?
Possibly a dud bulb if it doesn't - as Highlander says, the ABS & TC lights normally show together if there is a problem ???

how does the on/off button work? maybe stuck on (ie t/c off all the time)?

Nope nothing else stays on, im not too bothered but its always on now, the abs light is off. I can turn the traction light on and off when its just turned on, but when i start the ignition fully it takes about 10 seconds, you think its not gonna come on then it does, i have read the info you have on the site regarding my car not throttling too good and the mechanic is gonna have a look over it, i have showed him whats on the site so he can check the maf etc. It jerks a little when i start up you know like its missing then i go to throttle and its like its taking a deep breath then just goes, it really sounds like its missing. It actually stalled on the roundabout the other day, you know how it is wen people cut you up, i put my foot down and it jerked then died, really not funny, very embarrasing but it started up again no probs thank god
