Title: water hose? Post by rich1 on Dec 8th, 2008, 7:11pm does anyone know were i can get new waterhose for my cosworth engine ? gozz said they are very hard to get hold of and he said that old ones can be repaired , would prefer to get new ones or used but ok ones |

I have found over the years that the trick with FMD is to identify the parts yourself from the drawings on their computer, because most of their descriptions are translated from German to English and don't sound anything like what you require ;) .... i.e. Cosworth Engine and Gearbox Wiring Loom we would say....They say Fuel Cut Off Loom.... ??? hth Dave |

Post by bizzay1 on Dec 9th, 2008, 10:51pm Part Numbers for hoses, thermostat and associated gaskets you will need 7334646 - is the bad boy thermostat bypass hose 7334644 - is the small elbow to the water pump 1053121 - is the bottom radiator hose 1006844 - is the upper inlet manifold gasket (you'll need 2) 6326205 - is the EGR valve gasket (this is what you will need if you do the bad boy) 7334678 - is the thermostat |

Post by rich1 on Jan 8th, 2009, 7:55pm at last some good news , i should have my scorpio back on wednesday , with all new pipes and a new thermostate, its only been nearly 2 months !!! couldnt even come on to this site , it depressed me to much to even talk about scorpios knowing that i couldnt drive mine :( anyway i hope you all had a nice christmas and new year , and lets hope for a year of trouble free scorpio driving :) |

Post by rich1 on Jan 16th, 2009, 8:00pm oh boy , still aint got the scorpio back , fmd sent wrong pipe TWICE!!! fingers crossed for monday , ive got a fair bit of driving to do over the weekend , peterbro then to manchester , will take to long in the ol sherbert so ive hired a car (if you caan call it that ) a vw golf ....................................hmmm scorpio it aint monday cant come quick enough :( |

Post by rich1 on Jan 18th, 2009, 6:11pm can you belive it , ford at waltham cros phoned me yesterday and told me that the pipe i ordered had got lost in transit , unbelivable , they said it was put on a van but was lost somewhere on route , im starting to think im never to drive my scorpio again :( >:( >:( |
