Can anyone tell me where the pressure switch is and how weasy is it to replace....cheers

Have a look at PARA 14 (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/manual/engines/tdi/TDIDismantle.pdf) it might help . otherwise look through the main site. (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/TDImanual.htm).
I am sure the Oil burner brigade will be along to HELP.

It's behind the exhaust manifold, between no 3 and no 4 cylinder.

what a swine of a place to put a pressure switch there. poss oil pump problem oil light comes on at tick over, has any one had a similar problem cheers
