Hi,

I have listened to an mp3 version of the tape explaining how the climate control works in the car, but I am looking for a version which I can download onto a CD so I can play it in the car.

My wife is not very good with gadgets and I think it will help her understand how it all works if she is able to listen to the information whilst she is sat in the car and has the chance to operate it etc.

Can anyone help? :)

It is available as an MP3 download I will see if I can convert it to a cd player compatible file

No need to convert - Windows Media Player does it "on the fly" when burning an MP3 to an audio CD (not a data CD):-

I normally user Nero to do it but WMP works just as well.

I've had a look at the link to the mp3 file which opens Quicktime and their is not an option on my free version to download the file. Not sure how to get it to open into Windows Media instead.

Snoopy, if you are able to convert the file for me it would be a great help, then all I would need to do is copy the file to a blank CD? :-/

Mondeoman,
If you right click on highlanders link and choose "save target as" you can save it to your pc (choose desktop for ease of finding).
Then when you right click it on your desktop you should be able to go to "open with..." and choose windows media player.
Then you can burn as per amigafan2003's link.

Thank you everyone I've followed homer2themax and amigafan2003's advice and made myself a CD which works fine in the car.

Us computer savvy people sometimes take computer use for granted so we should take more time in explaining things properly :-)
