is the throttle position sensor adjustable?

No, it just measures the throttle position.

I suppose you could adjust the throttle but this would likely affect the running.

Whats the problem with it?

dont think so on 12v. if i remember right its on the throttle cable end, little black plastic box. no adjustment. might have cable buried somewhere in the dark attic!!

when moving off and just cracking the throttle open it stalls momentarily, ok when hot, but a pain in the butt first thing in a morning.

Ive chaged the TPS, still the same
