Hello

If I use angle grinder to remove four torx bolts, does bumber come off?

Yep it will come off, I usually have to use a grinder too :)

when i had this problem,i heated them with an hot air gun and then came off pretty easy

I tried that, after grinding the head the rest of the bolt was stilli nto the square section of the bumper which is in the chassis bit, there isnt enough clearance to lift the rest of the bolt still in the bumper. You have to drill it. So its easier to drill it from the beginning!

I've always managed to get them off after grinding the bolt heads off, never drilled one yet

Started to drill mine out but had to resort to angle grinder when left with only broken drill bits :-(
