hi the old scorp td has been stood for a few months put the batt on her today started up ok everything working switched the ign on and off a few times and now no power to the instruments wipers heaters windows ect all the lights work ok and the centeral locking and it starts ok the nedles dont even flicker but she starts any idea where to start looking >:(

Battery side fusebox, ignition relay?

hmmm yours starts though? have a try at that anyway for starters.

All the fuses ok?

from what i can see m8 i had em all out t look of and like i said it does start

ok went back out to it swiched it on and nothin then heard a click and it all came back on so i will swap the relay just incase its that the other thing is now the wipers are stuck on intermitent when turned off all 3 positions work ok but in the off position they still wipe intermitent ::) i hhad forrgot how much fun these cars were lmao ;D

... try taking off and connecting again of the big cabled connector on the fusebox; the one with the metal clip.

It should really be out and cleaned and carefully seated & driven home or else you will have all kinds of funnies playing up.

I think they get tarnished and dont connect.
flicking it through all the positions a few times should clean them off

Relay 21 in battery side fusebox causing loss of all instrument cluster functions and everything which works on the ignition, such as sunroof, heater, indicators etc.
Lights, hazards and instument cluster backlights work as normal, car still starts and runs.

Relay 18 for the heated screen is an identical relay and can be swapped with 21 to test.
