question about ford oxygen sensor location..

I have a check engine light on and had it checked and was told the 02 sensor needs replaced. but not sure which one this is. Could someone tell me what is considered bank #1 and bank #2? And also what is upstream and downstream?

i have 1997 f 150.

Unfortunately this site only covers the Ford Scorpio cars from 1994-98.
