hi all, iwe got a major problem on a frinds 24v Cosworth. THERE IS NO SPARK!

what done so far:
Wires checked from PCM to EDIS, EDIS to Coil,

Every fuse and rely have been checked, No water in fuseboxes.

Petrol system ok, sparkplugs are "wet"

PCM, EDIS, Capacitor, Crankshaft Position Sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor, Coil checked with sparepart from OK Ultima 1995

I went to a Garage with the big Bosch tester to get potential error code out of the PCM byt there where NONE.

After testing everything the only problem they could find is that pin 50 of the PCM gives 12v but should only give 5 volts ??

SO if you could give any idear before this beuaty goes into the haubor....

Does enyone know where "PATS system fuses" are located?

Have you read both my posts "24V bizarre & weird starting problems" and "UPDATE.........".
Won't repeat them as on site.
Problem eventually traced to wiring loom.
Also no DTC codes generated either apart from an old cat sensors one which has existed for over a year - so nothing to do with problem.
Have you tried battery disconnect for a couple of minutes.
Worked for me every time car would not start.

Forgot to add that when car would not start there was NO spark but it came back after battery disconnected for a couple of minutes as car started straight away.

Have checket all the ususal wiring loom problems, mesaured the cabels and ther i no problem, byt i´havent considerd disconnecting the battery. I will try on monday morning. Thanks for the input an i´ll read your "24V bizarre & weird starting problems"

pats system fuses are sort of hidden with other systems all under the title electronics,
