Hey there.
What will happen when/ i simply remove the EGR valve and plugs all holes?

;D. Nothing really. There will be not alteration in performance. I did mine some 4 years ago and have recently done my other 24 valve.  I used the existing clamps and large metal rings to fix a .

1pence piece in each hole.
