I have a problem with my mk3 scorpio's central locking , When i lock the doors from the drivers or passengers door the locks lock but then unlock ? If i keep trying it just keeps going back and for so any ideas please

You could try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to reset the computers.

We have took old battery off and put New battery on it

I posted some tests you can do to isolate which door is at fault here (assuming it is a door problem):

no simmo its still same , Tompion i will look at your link and see and let you all know if anything changes , thanks guys for help
