sorry its not a scorpio but a explorer with a single buton bosch remote i think matt had one years ago thy are the same ass probes and sum late mk 3 granadas

The dealer had to program my Granada scorpio remote, 1994. I dont think there is a way to do it yourself.

Have you done a Google search on 'Ford Explorer Fob' ?
Loads of stuff to look at, youtube videos, etc...

they all seam to give the info fore the later 2 button ford remotes buts thats in the later explorer handbok enyway .the guy that sells singel button ones on ebay cant tell you how to program them neather can the ford delers around hear.have bean told that the info is in the old FDS2000 i thnk  one ore two members have working ones .

Usually the FDS needs to connect to the vehicle, you can’t just get information from it.
I just had a look, if I look at the PATS menu it needs to connect to the vehicle.
I think it probably needs to be the GEM module but if I look there the same happens except:
Before '99 needs to connect to vehicle.
After '99 needs to connect to vehicle & needs to be used in conjunction with the workshop manual.

Looking on the internet some American sites give a procedure involving shorting 2 pins in a connector behind a panel in the boot but whether any UK ones use it I’ve no idea.
