i have noticed that when i access a lot of the tech stuff on here that i get a header bar warning that the adobe reader used will shortly become unsupported ---i checked my reader was updated this year so i am concerned that if the site reader has not been updated we might wake up to blank screens when we try to access all the priceless information stored in pdf files on the main site and forums--has anyone else seen that message ? i thought it best to raise the alert --better safe than sorry regards bernard slade

Just checked my version - 11.0.12.18
Shows as Adobe Reader XI in my programs list
Also checked a couple of .pdf's on this site which worked fine and no warning messages.
What version do you have ?

Just checked mine, which like Mikes' is version X1 and no problems. Clicking the update link says there are none so this is obviously the latest. :)

I think that adobe are only going to upgrade the reader for windows 10 so anyone with a older version of windows is in trouble.

11.0.08 on my XP laptop. Any version ought to open the files on the Scorpio site but as they normally open in the browser it may be a problem with the plug-in.
Still works in IE on my XP but you could try Firefox.

just rechecked mine its adobe reader X(10-1-15) checked for updates none available maybe this is something to do with windows10-i am still on vista and i have just had a similar message that silverlifght won be available much longer so it looks like its just me in trouble --sorry to cause a panic glad the main site is safe

I am using windows 10 and have NO problems with reading the PDF's on any of the site.
Sounds like a problem peculiar to you.
